The 14.5mm diameter really opens up the eye for that dramatic, doll-like cosplay look without feeling too heavy on the lid. I was a little nervous about how these would sit on my eyes, but the 8.8mm base curve turned out to be a perfect match for me. They're comfortable enough for a full day at a convention, and the 14.5mm diameter really sells the character look. The hydrogel material feels fine even after six hours.
